Claude Max user finds limits match old Ultra tier, suspects 5x/20x tiers are gone

User LeviTurk reports his Claude Max plan seems to have the same token limits as the retired Ultra tier — he can't max out Max, while Ultra drained quickly. He suspects Anthropic's 5x/20x usage tiers no longer exist. Unverified.
