Claude quietly ships a 'Wellbeing' settings page with break reminders and quiet hours

A user spotted a "Wellbeing" section in Claude's settings. The screenshot shows three features:
- Break reminders: nudges to take a break, snoozable and adjustable anytime
- Quiet hours: set time limits for Claude per day of week
- Reflect: a "Your report" generated from your Claude conversations, viewable on demand
The poster jokes "they know it's addictive" — a sign Anthropic is building healthy-usage controls into the product itself.
