Grok top-tier users claim usage is draining abnormally, refund requests denied
Al_Grigor · x · 2026-11-06
Users are complaining that Grok subscription usage is "evaporating" — one says even on the highest plan he's down to 22% with 6 days left in the cycle, calling it abnormal and tagging the team for answers.
Another user says it's worse for him: because he's on an annual subscription he can't even cancel, and support refuses a refund — calling the unilateral change of terms a "rug pull" after being the biggest fan a week ago.
