Gemini CLI PR fixes worktree selection lost across auth restarts

PR #30176 on google-gemini/gemini-cli fixes --worktree not persisting across authentication restarts (RELAUNCHEXITCODE = 199). Previously the worktree env marker was only set inside the initial child process, so relaunches spawned from the repo root, creating duplicate timestamped worktrees or git branch collisions.
The fix adds notifyWorktreeSelected() IPC messaging with a 500ms timeout fallback, and has both supervisors track selectedWorktreePath across relaunches, spawning children with that cwd and persisting the env marker.
