Hermes Agent v0.23.0: unified gateway, browser desktop, and spend limits in 1,950-PR release

Nous Research released Hermes Agent v0.23.0 ("The Hearth Release"), merging 1,950 PRs from 666 contributors since v0.22.0. Key changes:
- One gateway per machine: CLI, TUI, Desktop, editors, bots and cron all attach to a single gateway, so messages no longer double up
- Desktop in a browser tab: with Web Access on, the full workspace is served to any browser locally or behind a public URL with sign-in
- Inline images in terminal: pasted screenshots render directly in kitty/Ghostty and more
- /Rewind: edit and resend an earlier message or fork a session; originals stay untouched
- Group Chats: an automatic router or lead bot picks who answers; cron jobs can post into rooms
- Spend limits: paid MCP tools declare per-call prices and Hermes asks before a chat exceeds its limit, even in YOLO mode
- Leaner core: one-shot runs send 1,570 fewer prompt tokens; plugin catalog grew from 600 to 1,050+ with a new Verified tier
