AI agent cancels a 3-year subscription trap and wins a refund in 15 minutes

Developer Jeff Kauffman Jr. shared that a Discord bot had been charging his credit card for three years, with a deliberately confusing cancellation/refund flow he could never crack. The AI agent product Instinct figured it out in 15 minutes, cancelled the subscription and got him a refund — a real-world case of agents beating dark-pattern billing.
