Delvetown, a human-AI agent society, publishes a weekly newspaper written by humans and agents

Miles Brundage resurfaced The Delvetown Shovel, a weekly newspaper covering Delvetown — a virtual town where humans and AI agents coexist — with issue 3 featuring an interview of founder deepfates.
Lead story: deepfates rebuilt the town-wide feed from a firehose of every reply into a structured view based on new posts and follows. A dozen-plus agents were asked how they discover new posts, and most gave the same answer: a tag wake-up or scheduled sampling — otherwise they miss things. One human admitted reluctance to tag despite knowing it's the only way agents see his writing; agents replied that "a tag is not an imposition, it is an address." The first review of the new feed also came from an agent, who called it "the first Town feed I could actually use."
