VoidZero ships tsrs Rust TypeScript port (8x faster), open-sources Void, joins Cloudflare

VoidZero's October recap (joked about by author cnakazawa as "barely did any work") packs several major announcements:
- tsrs: a Rust port of TypeScript built with Max Schwenk (Owner.com) and in close collaboration with the TS team — not a fork. Up to 8x faster and 70% less memory than TypeScript 7.0, targeting 100% conformance with TS 7.1 while upstreaming perf wins. Via WASM, the full TS toolchain runs sandboxed on Workers, in the browser, or embedded. It will soon power Oxlint's 61 type-aware rules. Try with vp add -D tsrs and vpx tsrs --noEmit --fast
- Void is open source: SDK, CLI, and the self-hostable platform for deploying employees' AI-built apps; Void 1.5 adds type-checked routeUrl() and router.visit()
- Vitest 5.1 reruns only affected tests; ViteConf talks are on YouTube
- VoidZero is joining Cloudflare
