Serval announced a $150M Series C at a $3B valuation led by Sequoia, saying ARR tripled in the past three months with customers including two Fortune 20 companies.
To recruit engineers, Serval is offering unusual incentives: every new hire gets a paid week-long luxury vacation worth up to $10,000, and successful referrals pay $30,000 each to both the new engineer and the referring employee. Five open roles are mostly in San Francisco, with others in New York, London, and Austin. Applications are U.S.-only and open through January 4, 2027.
