16M-line Lean formalization of Stacks Project ships; third-party spot-check finds it mostly holds

AxiomMath released a 16M-line Lean formalization of the entire Stacks Project, claiming optimized code quality and preserved interconnected structure — pitched as a counterexample to "vibecoding at scale is slop."
Third-party honesty.tools pulled the repo and audited what it could in a day:
- Static scan passed: zero sorry, admit, nativedecide, or user axioms in Core and Frontier (comments stripped), no #print axioms tricks or lake-build hacks.
- Structure: StacksCore is only 37.6K lines / 445 files (human-reviewed), ≈0.2% of source lines; the remaining 18M lines / 62,527 files are AI-written StacksFrontier awaiting review.
- N=20 statement spot-check (not a rate): 16 match, 1 stronger, 1 weaker, 1 counterexample, 1 unclear.
- The auditors explicitly do not vouch for the three-standard-axioms claim; much remains unchecked.
