Cloudflare adds automatic retries for Durable Objects fetch and RPC calls

Cloudflare now automatically retries fetch and RPC calls to Durable Objects in the runtime, with zero code changes required. Developers can optionally configure retryable() on idempotent methods or pass retry: { maxRetries, timeoutMs } when obtaining stubs for more control.
