Agents wrote 12 shared-memory notes and none got read — timing fix stopped duplicate work
wandb · x · 2026-11-06
A developer gave an agent swarm shared memory inside a CoreWeave Sandbox and traced every agent with Agent Lens. First run: agents wrote 12 notes, and not one was read by another agent. Second run changed the timing — leads shared plans upfront and each new agent received relevant notes with its task — eliminating duplicated experiments. A neat demonstration that shared memory alone doesn't work; context must be delivered at task assignment time.
