Perplexity CEO Arav Srinivas says the company's internal workspace now hosts about 10,000 AI agent teammates added within the last 30 days — roughly 20x its human headcount — with about 1,000 active the previous day. He predicts headcount growth and planning will be done very differently in the coming years, a striking data point for agents entering enterprise workflows.
