Biomni Lab API enters beta for programmatic, parallel agentic science workflows
KexinHuang5 · x · 2026-11-06
Phylo launched the Biomni Lab API (beta for Pro users), letting scientists run Biomni agents directly from code and scale beyond individual AI-assisted tasks. Capabilities: run up to 10 tasks in parallel; chain agents (one task's results feed the next); auto mode answers agent questions unattended while plan mode waits for human sign-off; pin the model per batch; every task opens in Biomni Lab with full traces for colleagues; seamless data upload/download. Examples include testing TP53 mutation vs. survival across five cancers in one script; the team envisions agents across 20,000 genes, hypothesis tournaments, and iterative research loops with conditional logic.
