Reflection AI envisions hundreds of AI teammates per person; companies as parallel distributed computers
AravSrinivas · x · 2026-11-06
Reflection AI founder Arav Srinivas shares his vision: every org will eventually have hundreds of AI teammates working for each person, and every company will look like a massively parallel distributed computer of curious humans and dedicated AI teammates.
He adds that this takes more than a frontier model — agents need to remember you and the org, learn to work with each other and with coworkers, run autonomously, and improve every time you correct them. Teammates is their first step toward that vision.
