ZTC terminal tool goes free: install via npm or grab the desktop app

ZTC (ZergAI's terminal tool) is now free to use: install globally via npm install -g @zergai/ztc@latest or download from the official site. A desktop app version is also available with a built-in terminal emulator that integrates more tightly with zmux and the messaging bus, improving performance substantially.
