Gabriel Chua builds talk slides with ChatGPT Sites and his personal agent dot
gabrielchua · x · 2026-11-05
AI engineer Gabriel Chua shared how he built his talk deck in ChatGPT Sites by working with his personal agent "dot". Since dot's personal and work context is mostly private and proactive alerts can't be scheduled mid-demo, he instead asked dot to recount real moments from their chats—finding last-minute train seats, chasing refunds, spotting an invoice above the quoted price—and recreated them slide by slide. Dot even proactively reminded him to keep a backup demo ready before the talk. He also clarified how dots differs from Codex: his dot can call Codex and manage its threads so he doesn't forget to check back.
