Dev hands dead project to Claude Code: 24 autonomous experiments in 3 weeks, 100x traffic

Developer dooyle revived his dead ConferenceDatabase project by handing it to Claude Code with little guidance in September. The agent fixed the scrapers, rebuilt the site, and traffic from Google + AI grew 100x (168K impressions, 1.6K clicks; ChatGPT alone sent 312 visits). He checks in weekly while the agent proposed and ran 24 experiments in 3 weeks — offers, popups, pricing — building, measuring, and killing losers itself. Revenue is still $0, but he can now run 100 such bets in parallel instead of one or two. A canonical one-person-company case of agent-run autonomous growth.
