Alpha School Launches Founders School: Graduate With a Business Doing $1M
nateliason · x · 2026-11-05
Founders School, backed by Alpha School, has opened applications for its first cohort in Fall 2026. The pitch: over four years, students build real businesses with real revenue and graduate with both a company and a diploma — targeting $1M by graduation.
The curriculum is structured around real business milestones: first $1,000 in revenue, deploying an AI agent to production, earning 5-star customer reviews, reaching $10K monthly revenue, and 100 customers. Mentors include Justin Mares, Claire Vo, and Dan Shipper, alongside SAT prep and Harkness-style academic discussions.
