BlueFlag Security launched expanded AI Agent Governance alongside its first State of Developer Identity Risk report. Key findings: 83% of organizations run unapproved AI coding agents, 56% have autonomous agents operating under their own identity, AI writes up to 72% of commits among early adopters, agent identities often hold admin permissions unmonitored, and in over 1 in 5 orgs an autonomous agent has merged code with no human in the loop. The platform maps access, behavior and oversight of approved and shadow agents across the SDLC with automated risk remediation.
