rabbit has launched OS3, an intent-driven agent OS for Mac and Windows where users state a goal and the system works through the steps itself.
Key details:
- Free to start: new accounts get the rabbit-hosted model with no API key or credit card, including free task and image usage plus 30 phone minutes.
- Pricing: plans start at $20/mo covering weekly tasks, image creation/editing, and phone minutes, with credit top-ups available; the $20 plan gets 2x weekly allowance during launch week.
- Features: can remotely work on a connected computer (e.g. sort and rename files), turn scattered research into comparisons or presentations, plus new themes, fonts and video wallpapers.
- rabbit frames it as "the computer stops being something you operate, it becomes something you direct," returning to the user only when a decision is genuinely theirs.
