Spring creator Rod Johnson launches Embabel Worlds, an AI platform that auto-builds knowledge graphs
springrod · x · 2026-11-05
Rod Johnson, creator of the Spring framework, announced Embabel Worlds, a new product pitched as "let AI understand your world so it can act on your behalf."
Key points:
- Auto-built knowledge graph: ingests existing PDFs, decks, spreadsheets, folders, web pages, APIs and databases into a single living map of what you care about — no integration project, no synced copy of your systems. Building such graphs was previously specialist work.
- Cross-source connections drive action: e.g. if the person who filed a frustrated bug report is also an investor (visible in your CRM), Worlds bumps the issue up the queue and explains why to the engineer.
- Framed around an understanding–purpose–agency loop: AI answers from what it knows, watches for changes, and acts with user approval on important steps.
Early access is open, with a 2-minute intro video. Johnson also notes he's back to blogging, writing 100% of the words himself.
