Merge benchmarked its MCP connectors against Microsoft's official MCP servers for Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint: Merge exposed 128 tools vs Microsoft's 96 (Outlook 53 vs 38, OneDrive 41 vs 22, SharePoint 34 vs 36), and agents hit tool errors in far fewer runs — 40 vs 70 across 40 runs (OneDrive 0 vs 8, Outlook 25 vs 47). Merge claims 43% fewer error runs. Note this is a vendor-run comparison, not third-party verified.
