AT&T says its Connected Life smart home security system is the first to integrate with Google Home Premium, bringing Gemini-powered features to home security.
Key capabilities:
- Gemini generates detailed descriptions of camera-captured events, such as who delivered a package and how many items were dropped off;
- Natural-language search across recorded footage, e.g. "What dug up the yard last night?" or "Who let the dogs out?";
- Summaries of home events and more.
The integration shows AI assistants moving deeper into home security scenarios.
