Dev builds 36-part interactive 3D camera in Three.js entirely with Kimi K3.1 Pro
HowDevelop · x · 2026-11-05
Developer HowDevelop confirms Kimi K3.1 Pro's 3D strength: he had it build an exploding mirrorless camera from scratch in Three.js — 36 clickable parts, a working aperture and shutter, and light rays animating to the sensor, all procedural.
It backs a quoted demo of Cutaway, a learning app that turns any machine's name or photo into a disassemblable 3D model with see-through views, cross-sections, per-part explainers and quizzes — with all 3D parts and explainers generated by Kimi K3.1 Pro.
