LlamaIndex removes LlamaParse usage caps, adds $1.25-1.50 per 1k credit pricing

LlamaIndex removed usage caps on LlamaParse across all tiers. New self-serve pricing: Pay-as-you-go at $1.50 per 1k credits (10k free credits included) and Pro at $500/month with credits at $1.25 per 1k, plus a limited-time 800k bonus credit grant. Existing users get caps removed automatically. The stack also includes the open-source local LiteParse and the OCRia-1 4B document-parsing model.
