Grok Bot handles live phone calls, takes mid-call answers via chat cards
elonmusk · x · 2026-11-05
Elon Musk amplified a user demo of Grok Bot: the bot called a car insurer to ask why renewal premiums rose 14% with zero accidents. When the rep asked a question mid-call, the bot didn't hang up or hand over — it surfaced a question card in chat, let the user type an answer, and continued the call on its own. Musk: "like hiring an amazing assistant."
