Apple announced its redesigned Health app, built around Apple Intelligence, is expanding language support to global English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and Vietnamese. Key updates: an Insights tab summarizing heart, sleep, readiness, fitness, vitals and cycle data; a For You section with habit-based recommendations; and a Longevity tab whose Health Age feature converts Apple Watch metrics (VO2 max, resting heart rate, sleep, HRV) into an age-relative metric, with support for clinical lab data like A1C. The sharer notes AI's biggest health wins may be helping people personalize boring fundamentals — sleep, diet, exercise.
