Open-source multiplayer Canva alternative syncs full state via Postgres live queries
matei_zaharia · x · 2026-11-05
Developer orcdev launched a fully open-source, 100% free multiplayer Canva alternative — no signup needed to join public designs, ideal for making memes live. Neon CTO Matei Zaharia amplified it: syncing isn't just cursors; the document's full state is a set of live queries straight from Postgres, which alone keeps all users in sync. A showcase of what Neon Realtime enables for collaborative apps.
