Raw SDK port lookups instead of compose cut full test suite time by 21%

Developer chronark shared a test-speedup trick: instead of relying on docker compose, use raw SDK calls to fetch ports of already-running containers, falling back to compose only when needed.
Benchmark screenshot shows:
- Warm container startup: 600ms → 5ms (-99.2%)
- Single test: 2.2s → 1.605s (-27%)
- Full test suite: 7 min → 5 min 30 s (-21.4%, 1.5 min saved)
Cold container startup is essentially unchanged (+0.1%). A practical optimization any team running containerized test suites can try today.
