Autonomous launched Lamp, a fully-assembled open-source companion robot priced at $699 (bulk from $650), shipping Nov 30. The desktop robot talks, sees via camera, offers habit nudges, supports custom voice/personality, lets you pick any AI model and connect agent workflows, and includes a marketplace model where developers build robot experiences for shops, schools and events using Autonomous's hardware and OS. One customer already set it up as a receptionist.
