Copying is easy in the AI era — but understanding users and market timing can't be cloned
yangyi · x · 2026-11-04
Blogger yangyi argues that while AI makes copying products and ads technically trivial, the hard parts — understanding users, reading market sentiment, and timing — can't be replicated. Some copying fails because you can't reproduce someone's starting conditions or journey; other times you can copy the start but they're already at the summit. Reaching commercial scale is limited less by resources than by understanding and execution.
