A stale date silently broke his WhatsApp agent: 19 'yes' replies sat unanswered for 2 days

- A developer's WhatsApp agent left 19 user "yes" replies unanswered from Oct 31 to Nov 1.
- Root cause: the agent reads ask-event.json to map each yes to a Friday event, but the file was stuck on Oct 30 — once that date passed, every yes went to a review queue instead of getting event info.
- Fix was one rule: when the date passes, roll the file to the next Luma Friday.
- He proposes three questions for any agent holding a date: what does it do the day after; where do items go when the date is stale; who sees that pile.
