AI makes chaos-scale hacking cheap, warns dev of lost stabilizing competence

Edouard Harris argues that professional competence has been the silent stabilizer of society: pulling off national-chaos-scale hacks used to require expertise, and the criminal groups that had it were also capable of the risk assessment that led them to say "nope."
With AI making such capabilities extremely cheap, anyone can execute large-scale disruptive acts for any reason — or none at all — removing the constraint that held so far. He warns this will produce increasingly irrational chaos.
