Chris Paxton: interactive robot sim is the future but glaringly data-limited
Scobleizer · x · 2026-11-04
Robotics researcher Chris Paxton hails an interactive robotics simulation as the future of the field and fun to play with, but notes the approach is severely data-limited: constrained workspaces and gripper closure artifacts. It would be remarkable at frontier-lab scale. Scobleizer calls him a top-five robotics voice.
