Stanford's fall course CS329X: Human-Centered LLMs, taught by Diyi Yang with Yijia Shao as Head TA, covers building useful models and agentic systems, aligning them with human values and preferences, privacy and trust, and societal impact. Enrollment grew significantly this year. The teaching team's conclusion: hands-on experience remains essential, but implementation alone isn't enough—students must understand why methods work, how to evaluate them, and what to look for in human data. Compute credits provided by Thinking Machines, Google Cloud, humansand, and AWS.
系列作业包括 HW1(指令微调/PPO/RLHF/DPO)、HW2(Tinker 个性化微调)、HW3(人机交互数据与评估)。
