Useful Work: remote MCP server scans site errors, Claude fixes your code
AlmostSneakers · reddit · 2026-11-04
The author launched Useful Work, a remote MCP server that keeps websites error-free — typos, wrong prices, stale copy, broken links, slow pages, expiring certs/domains — with Claude fixing issues in code.
Tools: listsites/sitehealth (score out of 100), getfixes (page-level suggested fixes), and markfixed/ignore/recheck for closing the loop after deploy.
Design choices: spending is a separate OAuth scope unticked by default; a finding only appears when two independent agents flag the same words; the fix list is also exposed as a Markdown resource.
Connecting is free; usage starts at $5 credit. It's in Claude's connector directory and the official MCP Registry.
