Gemini CLI PR fixes tildeifyPath corrupting sibling paths sharing home-dir prefix

PR #30124 in google-gemini/gemini-cli fixes a path-corruption bug in tildeifyPath(): when a directory name shares a character prefix with the home directory (e.g. home /Users/al turns /Users/albert/proj into bert/proj), the CLI rendered misleading workspace and log paths.
Key changes:
- Replace the home prefix with only on exact match or when followed by a valid path separator, enforcing segment boundaries
- Normalize trailing separators in homedir() and guard filesystem/drive roots from being rewritten
- Preserve separator style, case-insensitive Windows matching, treat \ as literal on POSIX
- Add 16 unit tests covering POSIX/Windows, sibling prefixes, UNC paths, plus a Footer UI regression test
