Anthropic's FlashProve brings provable inference to LLMs with <100x overhead on Llama4
AccBalanced · x · 2026-11-04
- Anthropic announced FlashProve, new research on provable inference for large language models. Built on established cryptographic (ZKP) techniques, it lets developers verify that a given response actually came from a given model.
- It's substantially more efficient than prior open-source approaches — commenters note overhead below 100x on Llama4, surprisingly low. Rahul Dalal of Succinct Labs is a co-author.
- Use cases include making chat hijacking harder for attackers, and letting safety evaluators confirm the model they're testing is the same one served to customers.
