Windows local model downloads now auto-install llama.cpp with engine installation progress shown
/memory show indicates when repository memory scope is unavailable

Key fixes

Warnings when an agent selected via -p --agent has ignored frontmatter keys
/fork no longer fails when session.db is unreadable, and failed forks no longer leave stale session directories
Hook configs with UTF-8 BOM (from PowerShell 5/old Notepad) now load correctly
Pasted absolute file paths are attached instead of sent as text
copilot plugin uninstall removes plugins whose installed files are missing
HTTP MCP server errors no longer leak internal Rust type names

Also includes /share export fixes for list numbering and task-list checkboxes, and /ide rendering improvements.
