fal lands new funding, plots 1GW compute expansion and agent tools

Gen-media inference platform fal has closed a new round. Kindred Ventures' Steve Jang recalls backing the team three years ago over inference and diffusion work; fal is now foundational infrastructure for the exploding gen-media space, pushing toward 1GW of compute, more model post-training, and agent tools. Kindred is "quintupling down" in this round.
