UMAP 0.6 preview release candidate lands on PyPI with major changes

UMAP author Leland McInnes announced that a preview release candidate of UMAP 0.6 is now on PyPI, bringing major changes.
Install via pip install --pre umap-learn. Most new features are opt-in for 0.6 and will become defaults in 0.7 — set compatibilitylayout=False to enable them now.
