Intent launches: large-scale coding agent coordination for developers on macOS
Wattenberger · x · 2026-11-04
Intent (intentapp.dev) launched as a developer tool for large-scale agent coordination, letting individuals run many coding agents in parallel across projects (audit test suites, add eval pipelines, fix flaky CI tests, build features, etc.).
Retweeted by @libovness, who calls it "comically superior to every other means of running coding agents" for individuals and the first app in a while that feels genuinely new. Its thesis: when AI writes the code, the developer's job becomes setting direction and deciding outcomes — operating at the level of intent. Free macOS download, source available.
