Ramin Hasani (mlech26l) demonstrates the new LFM3 d1-2b decision model running fully locally on a Raspberry Pi: it takes about 9 seconds to compute one decision from a 640x480 image — not bad for a 2B-class model on edge hardware. His Telegram bot has been upgraded to use this local pipeline.
