Israeli startup Lava targets AI data center security blind spot, has popped control planes at 4+ neoclouds

Lava, an Israeli cybersecurity startup founded by Elay Gliksberg and Yakir Kadkoda, targets the AI boom's infrastructure security gap: existing vendors each cover only one layer (network, vulnerability management, endpoint, monitoring), while AI data centers interconnect GPUs, networking, storage, firmware and management systems — and neoclouds' shared GPU model makes tenant isolation especially hard. Lava connects these layers into real attack paths for comprehensive protection; its team has already popped control planes at 4+ neoclouds as proof. 'Without data centers, we don't have AI,' says Gliksberg. Boldstart has backed the company since inception.
