The author let frontier models race each other in a sailing simulator: every 5 seconds each model gets the full world state (heading, speed, wind, etc.) and adjusts helm and sails. Argon won, Astra came second, Opus couldn't finish — and a small Qwen model thrown in for fun ran aground.
