Developer itsmetamike released Reshoot 4D, an open-source tool that converts any video into a 4D Gaussian splat so you can create a new camera path in ComfyUI and reshoot the same moment from a new angle.
- Entire pipeline is four ComfyUI nodes, runs locally with open weights, built end-to-end on a single RTX 3090
- Per-key aperture, focus, vignette and grain enable rack focus and aperture pulls; import/export animated cameras via .fbx, .abc or .usd
- Supports dolly zooms, chromatic aberration, bloom, halation and anamorphic bokeh; final frames rendered by LTX 2.3 at 24-60fps up to 4K with motion blur
- The 4D capture doubles as a reusable asset for video models that accept 3D conditioning
