Baseten launches Grid, Sandboxes and Loops in one week to unify inference and training
baseten · x · 2026-11-04
Baseten is rolling out three launches this week to expand its inference platform:
- Grid (Wednesday): gateway, intelligent router, and guardrails for coding agents.
- Sandboxes (Thursday): stateful, VM-isolated sandboxes co-located with inference.
- Loops (GA Friday): serverless RL and SFT on frontier open-weight models.
CEO Amir Haghighat says the most exciting part is bringing training, inference, routing, and execution onto one platform and showing what becomes possible when they're built to work together.
