AI mentions on builder homepages jumped 16 to 570 since 2022; real AI tools say it least
vaitko · reddit · 2026-11-04
Counting 'AI' on homepages of 37 website-builder tools via the Wayback Machine: 4 of 37 mentioned AI 16 times in 2022; now 31 of 37 mention it 570 times, and 'agent' went from 0 to 99 (Framer alone says it 39 times). Meanwhile AI-native tools Bolt, v0 and Lovable mention it least — 5-6 times each — showing the word has lost its signal.
