SAIL AI-Tx Challenge finals open to all teams: $12.5K for rare disease AI treatment reports
zakkohane · x · 2026-11-04
The SAIL AI-Tx Challenge's final phase, Actionability Report Generation, is now open to all teams (previously invite-only). Given a hypothetical rare disease patient's genotype and clinical context, AI systems must produce a patient-specific therapeutic actionability report covering established therapies, trial eligibility, off-label options, and bespoke strategies like ASOs and gene therapies, with traceable evidence. $12,500 in prizes, a SAIL 2027 presenting slot, and a NEJM AI submission invitation await winners. Deadline: January 5, 2027.
